I love this place Tim does a great jobs on my nails. I always go back here.
I have been a very loyal customer for many years. What I experienced this morning from Mindy was uncalled for. Mindy started my nails and another lady walked on requesting Mindy and the lady DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! I wasn't asked if I minded switching to another nail tech. Mindy moved my stuff! What makes me any different from amother customer. I will never be back again.
Awesome!!!!! The best place in Odessa, Texas to get your nails done! I have been going there since they opened up! They treat me like royalty and my pedicures and nails are always perfect!!!! I am constantly getting compliments on my nails! If I break one I go back immediately and they fix it and will not even let me pay to have it repaired!!!! I went there last week and had a great time! They even offered to do any request I have on the nail design. The staff was friendly and it was very relaxing! I can't wait to go again in a couple of weeks. Hope this was helpful!
BEST NAIL SALON IN THE PERMIAN BASIN! I've been visiting Elite for my nail and pedicure needs for 4 plus years. The employees are phenomenal, and it's a wonderful atmosphere! They listen to what you want/need and help in any way they can!
I walked in and told them that I wanted them soaked off and she still tipped them off and mad me bleed twice!! Started on my pink and white and in the pink was a speck of black so I told her and she got mad that I told her, after putting the pink on and putting the white on she cut me with the file machine, I paid and walked to my vehicle, after sitting in my vehicle I realized I had a strand on lint or something stuck in my acrylic!!! I recently went for a pedicure and manicure. I just removed the nail polish and now have a fungus on 3 toes. That caps the fact that she spilled hot wax all over my slacks and ruined them
