I've been to different nail salons over the years, this one, they have me hooked and I haven't been anywhere else. They're detail oriented and I feel well taken care of. I highly recommend Elite Nail Spa.
The first time I went there was 4 techs and i had no appt went right in. This time on 7-25-2020 @ 10:15am I went in with only 2 people in chairs and 3 techs one even walking around doing nothing, and i was told i had to have an appt very rude like so i said i didnt before he said you have to have an appt I said it cool I will find somewhere else he was like bye then all rude. His customer services skills are very rusty and FYI customers are what keep you open if you didnt know that.

Thank you for your review. We’re in Pandemic we’re not allowing client to wait in our waiting area. The last time you came in cause we’re available that’s why we’re able to see you right away, and we do always prefer an appointment. I Just Moved To The Area And Didnt Want To Go Far To A Nail Salon So I Went Up The Street Here. Not One Time Did I Have To Say Ouch That Hurt. They Offered To Order Tea And Slushies While We Got Our Nails Done. I Will Come Back 😊

I had an 11:30 appt with my favorite technician and when I got there at 11:30 he had just started on another client. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she said he would be finished soon. After 20 mins I asked for someone else to do my pedicure because my friend that came in with me was finished. I ended up getting a partial pedicure so my friend would not have to wait. I asked to speak to the manager and she walked out the back door.
