I've been seeing Sheila for myotherapy massage for over a year now and I highly recommend her services. She is professional, adept at focusing in on spots that are troubling you, and remembers little details (e.g. musical preference). Her draping techniques make me feel comfortable and I can tell that she is interested in making her clients feel as relaxed as possible.
I have been going to Sheila for about 3 years. I initially met her at massage envy and than followed her to her private practice. She is that good! She has a very good understanding of the musculoskeletal system and she has very good technique. She will always ask you about the type of pressure that you want and will respect your needs. I have never been disappointed with the results after my massage. Keep it up Sheila! And please go see her if you are in Austin!
Sheila is so good at listening to where you hurt and getting to the source of the pain. No other massage therapist has brought me this kind of relief.
