Been using these guys for many years. I maintain a storage space with them for over five years. My storage was just moved into my new place - everything in the same condition as when I had it put in 5 years ago. That means a lot. I tried very hard to work with this company. I thought their price reasonable but their level of service was a serious disappointment. Sent too small a truck. Felt obligated to give his movers meal money. Just dumped things at new house-nothing placed. They had to make a second trip for everything they couldn't fit first time but we still had to move a great amount on our own. Very poor follow-through on promises to fix problems they created. Leon and his team had a set time of arriving between 9am-10am to move me. They arrived at 8:47am ready to move. When they came in they received direction and moved swiftly finishing me under 2 hours! A one bedroom unit in under 2 hours with all the fixings! On a day where a crazy cold shifted in! Amazing work. Amazing professionalism.Â
