First I want to start of by thanking Tatiana for the smooth and easy process this car buying has been. I have bought many cars before with salesman that do not take care of you and are only there for the commission. Even after the sale Tatiana would follow up to make sure I was happy. This car dealership is the WORST we have ever been to!!! MANAGEMENT doesn’t care and did absolutely nothing to help us when we had a problem here!!! Called 4 times to several people there- no one even bothered to return a call to a CUSTOMER trying to purchase a car, not the salesperson ( never even received my 2 messages) nor the management, or the regional manager or the head of financial department- worst service ever at this dealership- remember no customers no selling cars =no business!!!! Absolutely amazing customer service and support. Antionette went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to reserve the car and get through the process. I would recommend working with her if you’re looking for a vehicle!!
Not helpful at all. No hospitality. Just a bunch of people looking to scam you out your hard earned money.
