My grandson two weeks ago put down $4500 on a 2020 infinity 10 days later the engine locked up we go and talk to Manager at car wise, his name is Marco when I tell you that we were treated like common criminals. We recently bought a suv. I had a couple questions for the fiancé department and called every day for a week for Daniel in fiancé or a general manger to call us back and never get a call back still as today. I find that horrible that they cannot return a call. Also found out it is not legal for them to force the low jack on anyone. Also was over charged as well. If you go to them remember. They are deceptive and not up front. Try to hide up charges on you.
