Purchased a car from them, they hid the fact that the door locks didn't work. They did that by not giving me the key fob at any point, and having the car door open and running when I test drove. They said I was lucky they gave me the correct key fob, (Audi had to pair it with the car after the sale so I wonder why the key fob wasn't with the car.) and then Audi quoted me $1,800 for two door locks because the rep and I both realized hey the doors aren't unlocking.
RecommendedClean trucks and great prices. Laron was cool to work with, out the door with a new truck in under 3 hours with a trade in.
talked to erica over the phone told her my situation an what I could come to table with ,she says I qualify for no down payment ,okay credit an says for what I make a month yeah we can get you in something let's set a appointment so I did ...came in an gave info to another salesman not erica, he took my info an basically told me no you need to come with cosigner or put money down try to do something else he said then comes back with manager an both now look at me an say sorry if you get a cosigner we can see what we can do. ... read more
dont ever go to this place to buy a car. We traveled from Wisconsin to look at a car. We made an appoingment and they assured us the car was avaliable. When we got there, there was no such car, so we asked for another car that was suppose to be avaliable and that wasnt there either. I dont know where they think their going with this kind of crooked tactic, but i for the life of me dont know how they say in business....They are nothing but a bunch of scam artists!!!
This is a amazing place to go waste your time and the decide what car they want you to get in. The goal of dealerships such as these get you in and try to throw you in something that they need to get out of their inventory. Tiers they say right you go and they will either put you in a impala, camry or worst of them all a KIA. Hope your time is more valuable then wasting time with liars and nasty management.
I had a wonderful experience. The sales associate Ronald Calix was pleasant and professional. Also lenny was amazing working on getting me into something that I needed. They were professional, pleasant and straightforward with all the information they had provided.
ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!! Make sure to ask for La-Ron Franklin hands down!!!! If need be, make and appointment for him!! He is amazing and will go ABOVE & BEYOND to get you in the car you want and exceeds all of your expectations!!!! He in no way is “pushy” like most car sales men you’ll come across and is there to truly HELP YOU leave with a vehicle.
