Absolute liars and scam artists Got called after a preapproval on vehicle I saw online. Was called and told it’s available and to drive down ASAP. After driving 45 minutes, the salesman took my info without even showing me the truck. When I asked to see it, they came back and told me someone put a deposit down and was coming to buy it this same morning. The level of frustration and time wasted while dealing with the dealership is very disappointing. I purchased a car from here 4 weeks ago and have not received my plates or title in the mail. I call the DMV to follow up and the paperwork has not been sent to the DMV from the dealership. So now I am playing phone tag with the dealership four weeks later because like most people I work and can’t just hang around and wait on a call. don't go to this place. I spoke to Elaine and stated I was approved and to come by. she stated once I got there someone will be waiting with the keys to the car I liked. don't waste your time with this company. I was lied to and traveled for two days in a row for 21 miles in one scream. The car I was traveling for was dirty yes, very dirty not disinfected, disgusting team as staff.
You guys have deceptive practices! Your sticker price doesn’t reflect the actual price of the vehicle! This vehicle is only $14,599 if we bring in a $3000 deposit otherwise the price is $17,599. Great job guys....
Heard a radio ad this morning for elite motors that was a parody about Coronavirus. What a horrible ad. People are losing lives, jobs, and homes and elite motors made a song parody seemingly to make a joke. Steve P and his side kick should be ashamed of themselves. I frequently trade In cars and will make sure to never step foot on their property.
Scam artist, very crooked people.
