I've worked with numerous contractors. Henry Cruz at Elite Modern Construction is as good as they get. He's punctual, transparent, communicative, fair, methodical, precise, and friendly. He genuinely wants to deliver a high-quality product, and for me he did. He built a backyard deck that is beautiful, sturdy, and functional, blending all my requests with some of his own suggestions. Henry Cruz at Elite Modern Construction did a fantastic job on our new roof deck! He is meticulous with his work and it is incredibly high quality. Our roof deck came out beautiful and we are so excited. He was able to get the project done in a shortened timeframe right before we welcomed our first child without any reduction in quality. He worked around our schedule and even added in a few additional projects at our request. He also handles all permitting and inspection coordination. Highly recommended!
