Such a bad experience, they promise you everything under the sun just to get your business and most is not true. Be very careful when dealing with this company.
If you see these people at any fair run away as fast as you can...this company is doing AT&T a great disservice by the way they conduct business... sales rep Michael Jervinsky will not return phone calls and phone number listed on account confirmation form has a message of mailbox is full not enough room to leave message....I have been dealing with since October 25,2019... it is now 11-22-2019. I ended up calling AT&T myself to try and get this matter solved
Bundled my plans with them, the pricing promised was not given to me and now the phone number is no longer in service.
No way. Big scam. Tell you what you want to hear then not follow up with their promise. Dont get stuck. They will not put their promises in writing.
Found out my "savings" was only good for 12 months. Now I'm paying more than I was before I worked with them. No one ever told me it was for a year or a wouldn't have made the changes.
They promise you everything and it's all untrue. Was customer for 18 days. spent countless hours on phone to no avail. Sales rep Jerry doesn't know what he's talking about. Good riddance!
RecommendedI worked for this company for a couple years and for anyone looking for good pay and sales experience, this is the place. If my current opportunity didn’t work out, I would go back there in a heartbeat.
Do not do business with this company. They promised to reduce my mobile bill by $100 a month if I switched from Verizon but instead the bill increased by $55 a month and the sales rep Dustin Schecler refuses to return my calls or texts. This company does not do business honestly. Buyer beware!!!
Naiott Berrias one of your salesman lack of knowledge with AT&T contract has cost me Hundreds of Dollars and time on the phone and emails with AT&T explaining what was promised and how you did not deliver. I am a first Firefighter and was told if I switched over to The First Net I would see great savings. I instructed this salesman I was just an authorized user but he kept insisting it did not mater as long as I had my ID and proof of being a firefighter.
