I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and concern after a recent experience at your testing facility. Despite not having used any substances for over six months, my drug test results came back positive for THC. When I questioned the worker about the results, she provided an explanation that didn't add up. According to her, a faint line on the test indicates the presence of marijuana, and the line's intensity decreases with each test until it disappears if you're clean. Always very kind and courteous. My job requires testing and every time I go I am in and out with the results in less then 10 minutes. I would highly recommend them.
Super unprofessional, while I was taking a drug test the woman who claimed to be the manager had her husband and children in the office with her. As a woman who's been assaulted before I have PTSD triggers. Their bathroom door does not lock or close. And her husband is sitting in a chair where he could possibly see me using the bathroom. Not to mention she had a very young girl collect my urine sample and a small dog in the office that peed on the floor. On my last complaint, instead of expressing apologies about how violated I felt about having multiple children and an unknown man, possibly her husband, in her office with her as I was giving a urine sample. And when I asked for an owner or managers contact information, the woman working quickly informed me that she was the owner and cornered me in confrontation when I expressed how unprofessional it was.
