This was a very capable, professional and efficient facility. The medical assistant works very hard. I made casual conversation asking what she did on the weekends and she replied "Sleep!". I hope the medical assistants are getting paid a fair living wage. They deserve it!
in terms of service, theyre actually pretty good. the staff is very professional and the Doctor's are overall friendly, but my one problem with them is that as far as helping with getting medication or insurance approval for certain things, they completely drop the ball. Its been over damn near 2 months and I can't any help in medication approval. I've had to be the one pressing them about doing their job and actually going through the proper channels just so I can get my medicine
I had a very painful tooth infection, and if you’ve ever had a bad toothache, you know how hard it is to think straight—especially while trying to work. Thankfully, Dr. Kashani was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He was able to schedule a telemedicine visit with me right after work, quickly diagnosed the issue, and prescribed antibiotics that were sent to my local pharmacy and ready for pickup within 20 minutes. Dr. Kashani is such a caring doctor, he is invested in you as a patient and is very accommodating to make sure he can always somehow be available even if it’s squeezing you in last minute. I truly appreciate him as a doctor! Thank you Dr Kashani for all that you do!
Dr. Houman Kashani is one of the BEST doctors I basically had randomly looked up online one day when I needed one, but have come back time to and time again for years for everything! He truly listens to your medical needs and always gives the best solutions and referrals! Dude is seriously amazing, I really can't stress that enough. Even after moving far away from the area, he's still the doctor I go to for injuries, sickness, yearly physicals and checkups, and even for mental health referrals!
