Just received a bill for over $1300!! In addition to the $250 I paid when I was there. I recieved a Z pack!! I asked how much the visit would cost and the receptionsit said $250 so I agreed and stayed! Now 3 months later I get a bill for $1300 and nobody ansers the phone at the billing office? What a scam!!
RecommendedI was a patient tonight at Elite Medical Center and the service was 5 star. Jen at the front desk greeted me warmly and quickly got my information. Jeff, Zaim, Michelle C, and Dr Singh all provided the best care imaginable. This facility is clean, thorough, and each employee was knowledgeable and caring. Thank you everyone for your care!
My son who was 5 yr old got treated in Elite and he was suffering from fever and cold/cough. We were in Vegas to celebrate our son's 5th birthday in Dec and this incident has really been depressing one and created lot of woes during that point of time since we came all the way from Toronto. Just received a huge bill with my visit being qualified as an emergency room visit vice urgent care. How is someone very sick and looking for immediate care and relief supposed to understand the different qualification? Waiting for bill direct from Elite but I have yet to experience your advertised ‘no surprise bill and work with your insurance company’ claims. Looking forward to that...
I went to Elite Medical Center today for the first time and had an amazing experience. I wasn't feeling well and was hesitant to go to the hospital with COVID-19, as was afraid of long waits in a crowded waiting room. Elite was a VIP experience the whole way, from the warm greeting by Gloria at the front, to Andi and Anthony who immediately took me under their care and started running tests and keeping me calm and relaxed. Received a $5,000 bill for treating minor dehydration. Coded incorrectly as a Level 5 ER Care treatment - the highest rating - as if they had to treat a heart attack or gunshot wound victim. Do not go to this facility - they are completely immoral in their billing practices.
