Sean is amazing. He understands how to pinpoint causes of pain and uses massage and stretching techniques to alleviate discomfort. He will also show you stretches to do at home to keep the muscles from knotting back. He can also give a great relaxation massage if that is more your speed. His studio is quiet, clean and calming. Highly recommend.

Sean McGrew is very good at his profession. He worked solely on my right arm where I am having some nerve/muscle problems and provided therapeutic/deep tissue massage and my arm was very responsive to his treatment. I am looking forward to my next visit which is in 2 days. Would highly recommend him. Thank you Sean for seeing me.
What I requested was therapeutic massage however it was not very therapeutic. I'm sure he's good at deep tissue, but not somewhere I would go (as a female) to get a therapeutic massage as the place of business is his home.
My shoulders, back and neck tension are much improved. It was super easy to schedule an appointment online, and Sean's professionalism put me at ease. I'm already planning a return visit.
