Kim and team at Elite were great to deal with. I know renting is a stressful situation usually on both ends (property manager and tenant) but they worked closely with us and were always quick with communication and very transparent. It truly felt that they had our interests in mind which is rare these days. Thanks for all your help the past year!
When we first toured the house at 16337 Yelloweyed Drive, Clermont FL, Kim and her team were so nice and pleasant to deal with. It seemed like a decent neighborhood so we had planned to rent for a couple of years. We applied, got approved and was told prior to being approved that the deposit would be needed within 5 business days of approval. Okay, no worries.
