Poor communication, poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. I am not certain how they are still in business. It's like if they are trying to trick you to get every dollar they can on late fees every year when they raise your HOA.
Amanda Martinez & Elite took over property management at our HOA a couple of years ago. Our HOA had a lot of challenges left by the previous management company. However, with Amanda's help, we are beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
