The people that work here are rude and have no clue what so ever about how to operate never the less manage an HOA. If you are a board member looking for HOA management its highly recommend you look elsewhere.
Called about not recieving a billing statement for my HOA dues. Transfered to "accounting" voice mail box. Call not returned. Called back the following day NO ONES ANSWERS even the main number get dumped into a message loop that says "thank you for calling we'll get with you as quickly as possible" .. it's been 15 mins ...
