Where do I begin? President of property H.O.A. does not live in the complex. She owns a Unit. She does not live here. She does not know how the conditions in which the complex has been going through. Security was/is a serious issue, as I have been attacked by a domestically challenged individual. I haven’t yet received our HOA deposit. It’s been +5 months since we sold the home. Will change to 5 star once we receive it.
We have been waiting for the pile of leaves to be removed from our roof. That request was made in 2018. Still waiting. The HOA wants to increase fees again. To get a ballot, I needed to call to request the document be sent to me. I've been trying to call, but their phone line has been busy AT ALL TIMES. Yes, even when I call on Sunday afternoon. What services are provided with this HOA. Obviously not the type that requires responsiveness. P S. I'm still waiting for the key to the front gate and pool.
Great mgmt co. Very responsive. Very knowledgeable about local & state requirements for HOAs
I called them three times in one week with questions and never received a return phone call. Not the kind of service I expect.
