We have been waiting for the pile of leaves to be removed from our roof. That request was made in 2018. Still waiting. The HOA wants to increase fees again. To get a ballot, I needed to call to request the document be sent to me. I've been trying to call, but their phone line has been busy AT ALL TIMES. Yes, even when I call on Sunday afternoon. What services are provided with this HOA. Obviously not the type that requires responsiveness. P S. I'm still waiting for the key to the front gate and pool.
I called them three times in one week with questions and never received a return phone call. Not the kind of service I expect.
I know HOAs are never perfect. But I do want to give kudos to Courtney, who proactively reached out to us and let us know a refund was in the works. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity. Thank you.
It’s so shocking how unprofessional this sham of a business is. The amount of unanswered emails and calls. They need entirely new staff or more as they can’t meet the demand, really shameful excuse of a business. Disgusting and dysfunctional
