Where do I begin? President of property H.O.A. does not live in the complex. She owns a Unit. She does not live here. She does not know how the conditions in which the complex has been going through. Security was/is a serious issue, as I have been attacked by a domestically challenged individual. We have been waiting for the pile of leaves to be removed from our roof. That request was made in 2018. Still waiting. The HOA wants to increase fees again. To get a ballot, I needed to call to request the document be sent to me. I've been trying to call, but their phone line has been busy AT ALL TIMES. Yes, even when I call on Sunday afternoon. What services are provided with this HOA. Obviously not the type that requires responsiveness. P S. I'm still waiting for the key to the front gate and pool.
The absolute worst HOA company I’ve ever experienced. If they can even call themselves a legitimate “company”. Employee’s and supervisor’s lack basic empathy, understanding of state and federal laws, customer service is laughable, and work ethic of the staff is abysmal. Not surprised at all they’re in default.
I called them three times in one week with questions and never received a return phone call. Not the kind of service I expect.
THE WORST!!! Do not hire these people to manage your HOA. The other reviews are 100% accurate. They do not answer calls or emails. Sent an email regarding an HOA violation on April 25 and resent it 4x after and it’s May 18th and still no reply. Called and left a message and did not get a return call. Never answer phones. Wonder how much they are charging my community to “manage” our HOA, because we are literally giving money away for free since these people can’t seem to figure out how to do the job they were paid to do.
