It’s so shocking how unprofessional this sham of a business is. The amount of unanswered emails and calls. They need entirely new staff or more as they can’t meet the demand, really shameful excuse of a business. Disgusting and dysfunctional
These People are still in business WOW they are horrible managment company they don't care about leasing tenants stay away from elite managment if you appreciate your tenants
The absolute worst HOA company I’ve ever experienced. If they can even call themselves a legitimate “company”. Employee’s and supervisor’s lack basic empathy, understanding of state and federal laws, customer service is laughable, and work ethic of the staff is abysmal. Not surprised at all they’re in default.
This is a typical bad company that You can tell. They have never thought they have anything wrongs.
