As a recent customer, I am pleased to have reached out to Elite Maintenance for their cleaning and sweeping services. Their quality of work is good and their services were punctual and efficient. They are very easy to work with and schedule with, alongside the fact that their rate quotes are decent. I would definitely reach out to them again and recommend others to do so as well.

Amazing quality, especially for very reasonable rates! We worked out a contract with them for 3 cleanings a week. They have consistently left the lot looking like new, regardless of the state before (we share a lot with a local bar and their pressure washing removes stains we thought were permanent)

Amazing company! I was hesitant at first to contract with them because I had only seen their trucks in a few areas but their parking lot sweeping services are superb and prices are unbeatable for the quality they offer. I recently signed to start pressure washing in 2022 once the contract with my current provider is fulfilled and I will be updating my observations accordingly. TDLR: Quotes are competitive, service is spectacular & they take responsibility of their work
