Friendly, helpful and on time
The in house service guy was extremely Crast. They promised they could completely program my new Range Rover sport key and could not. They charged the same full price for partial service. And when I came to pay the guy who rung up my bill was very unhelpful and crast. I’ll never use this company again. Sincerely, Marshall Milam
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came to this location on two occasions and no one was on site to service me DURING BUSINESS HOURS. The first time this happened, I was told to come back as there are techs there now. The second time this happened, I called and was told that all of the techs were out. I came at 6:30pm. I was having a very bad week and it was only Tuesday. I had just gotten home from a funeral of a dear friend. It was just getting dark and I realized that I had lost my door key to my home. I called AAA and they contacted Elite Lock. Mr. Karseem Jones responded. Heroes appear in different sizes and shapes. My hero that night looked just like Mr. Jones. The technician was efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything that was requested was completed.
The gentleman was on time and very thorough. He was able to remove the broken key from our ignition so that our car would be usable again.
Needed a cylinder lock repair today and it was done in a timely fashion and cost less than going to the dealer.
