I had some keys copied and waited for the technician to return to the shop. Sarah in the office was amazing and so helpful letting me know how long he would be. Michale made some keys for me. We actually needed a house visit so Michael came out the next day and saw what we needed. One of the keys made in the shop didn't work and he was able to correct it in his truck. I called Elite on a Saturday afternoon at about 4:00p thinking that I would get an answering machine. No machine I spoke to Sharon or Cheryl who was more than happy to help me. She reached Cornelius who was on 295 on his way back from Bowie. He arrived at my home within a few minutes. He was very friendly and cordial. He had my job finished within a 1/2 hour. Elite has a great team working for them. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I apologize if I didn't get the names correct.

I was locked out of my house and the guy from Elite Lock Solutions was here in less than 30 minutes and got me in my house quickly. He was personable, friendly, and good at his job. I highly recommend this company. 😁👍

The tech was exceptionally polite and I appreciate that. He was waiting for me when I got home & then persevered until we got in! He was calming & not at all rushed. He was the best part of being locked out & the second best part was it was a free service from Triple A!! Thank you, Elite!!
