WORST SERVICE EVER!! Paid for 4 hours of service and only got 2.5! Driver was supposed to pick up kids at 10:00am and got there at 12:00!! James the driver was rude to the kids and didn't want to cooperate with me. Called Randy to worked something out but he didn't want to give me part of refund or any kind of deal. They totally ruined my daughters big day. Very disappointed!!
