This is absolutely FALSE! The vehicle that was scheduled for this run incurred a mechanical problem prior to the pick up time which we then immediately called the client Rhonda Wilson who was on contract, who was also informed of the vehicle status prior to her event. There were THREE calls made to the client beginning several hours before the event that the vehicle was unable to arrive at the pick up location as scheduled. This is a terrible company. Never showed up, refused to answer the phone, and when we did get ahold of them, they hung up on us. We had a whole Christmas party planned around a limo ride to look at Christmas lights. So very disappointed that we paid for this service in advance and then never got the experience. Only afterwards did we start hearing the horror stories about this company. They are simply the worst. Look on yelp and see the real reviews that the company can't pay to alter. Avoid them at all costs!!!
I guess the opinions of the people that do NOT understand how Limo companies work are unfounded in my opinion. I have to say, and I have ridden in countless limo's, and I am here to tell you that whatever people's thoughts were in the past, I can attest to the shear professional actions by their driver Jason Winter.
