Overall this place is really great. The customer service is extraordinarily good. Little by little my tattoo is going. I didn’t expect it to fade as quickly as it has. So overall I’m very happy with this place.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. As I’m searching for a more affordable place to get my laser tattoo removal.. I come across this company. I called and the receptionist told me to send them a picture of my tattoo and then they’ll get back to me with cost, etc.. sure enough, they do. They said they weren’t taking any new patients... they didn’t even try to take my information.. I called the receptionist again and asked if there’s a reason they aren’t taking anymore patients she says because the doctor decided not to ... read more

The people are very friendly. I gave it only one star, because we were quoted 4 visits to get rid of a small tattoo and we are pushing closer to 10 visits....costing us way more money than anticipated. It is too late to leave the tattoo the way it is, because it is very faded by the treatments, yet we still have a lot more to go.
