Buyer beware, we have been extremely disappointed with their service. Everyone was nice and everything sounded great at the beginning and then once you are locked into their lease, you are left at their mercy. The first break-in at our facility once we secured Elite Services, was not detected or reported by their monitoring system. This has continued to be a theme with their service. Reasonable
We had a camera that would not work the other day, and I was shocked how easy it was to get it fixed. Elite services our security cameras, and someone was able to fix very quickly.
Was able to customize where and when I wanted building to be monitored, which was great for me. Pricing was good and actually saved me money.
Elite offered was a game changer. Best Business decision we've made for our company.
