After a full knee replacement, I have had the best care. Holly, my PT, goes above and beyond to provide the best care. I’m 9 weeks out and doing fantastic!
I have just finished a course of PT with Tracy Wilde at Elite located inside the Prisma Y. I initially went for a neck spasm back in February that came on quickly and left me immobile. Tracy treated me with great care and helped me to get moving again, and then to find more range in my neck. Her work included massage, mobility and strengthening exercises that I continue to do today for maintenance. Christine provided excellent care that was guided by a high level of skill, understanding, empathy and compassion. She had a deep understanding of the issues I was dealing with, and created an effective rehabilitation program that helped to resolve the presenting symptoms.
