I’ve been suffering from back pain for almost 3 years. After exploring different treatments with no success, Lizz has helped me to recover my mobility. She is very knowledgeable, she listens and she gives you a couple exercises to do at home every day. I can’t recommend her enough!
Liz always knows exactly where to target and I always leave far more mobile and stable than when I came in! She is very knowledgeable and teaches you exercises and stretches you can do yourself daily to improve your pain.

Liz has magic hands!! Her knowledge of how the body operates and her ability to pinpoint exactly what is causing an issue is so impressive- it’s like solving a puzzle. Short sessions and easy scheduling is also a plus. If I walk into her office with pain somewhere in my body, I walk out without it, every single time.
Liz is fantastic and will help you become pain free in a matter of weeks. You do have homework to do the exercises she prescribes daily to see the best results, but if you put in the work, it works fabulously! I pulled my back about 6 years ago and went to chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapy, etc which all helped a little, but didn’t actually take the pain away long term.
