Liz is fantastic and will help you become pain free in a matter of weeks. You do have homework to do the exercises she prescribes daily to see the best results, but if you put in the work, it works fabulously! I pulled my back about 6 years ago and went to chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapy, etc which all helped a little, but didn’t actually take the pain away long term. Liz is fantastic. I've been struggling with lower back issues for over 1 yr. Saw chiropractor, md, PT, no one could really fix my issue. After completing a full 12 sessions with Liz my pain is non-existent. Recommend 100%.
Liz is a miracle worker! I have had constant shoulder and back pain for more than half my life.
