Communication is really subpar, no one ever answers the phones or returns calls. It's quite frustrating of an experience. Additionally, they didn't provide me pricing with insurance until the evening before my appointment. The price was extremely high, and had they provided the cost sooner, I likely would have looked into other places to go. Terrible communication, I have been calling for 1 month to get itemized receipt and apparently NO ONE in that office knows how to print, email or mail one. They transfer me to a billing dept and the rep there says they do not do billing for that office. I WILL NEVER come back to this office.
Very nice staff. Terrible efficiency, communication, and professionalism. Go somewhere else.
My doctor ordered an MRI and I had the scans done on March 25th. These scans were never sent back to my doctor. I am now at my doctors office (April 14)three weeks after the scans for our follow-up and there are no scans to review. We’ve called multiple times to get the scans delivered and nobody will answer the phone. Is this “Elite” Imaging? I’ve got doubts
