Worst barber experience I’ve ever had. I came in expecting basic respect and professionalism, but instead I was treated with unnecessary rudeness and disrespect. As a paying customer, I don’t think it’s too much to expect decent manners and a positive attitude. If you work in customer service, treating people with respect should be the bare minimum. I don’t leave reviews but this pissed me off to another level, i booked with Haffie to just get 4 straight backs, shorty super rude and rough i sit down she sprays my hair and starts pulling my hair out from the root with the hot comb i tell her she’s pulling my hair out and it hurts and she responds with “your hair is tangled and you didn’t pay for a detangle” smh even after i told her the extra charge isn’t an issue she continued to yank my shi so i just walked out, what a terrible shop, bad customer service, bad energy do... read more
