I don’t leave reviews but this pissed me off to another level, i booked with Haffie to just get 4 straight backs, shorty super rude and rough i sit down she sprays my hair and starts pulling my hair out from the root with the hot comb i tell her she’s pulling my hair out and it hurts and she responds with “your hair is tangled and you didn’t pay for a detangle” smh even after i told her the extra charge isn’t an issue she continued to yank my shi so i just walked out, what a terrible shop, bad customer service, bad energy do... read more
