I wanted to lease a home in Little Elm that has been on the market(and still is) since May 27, 2020. I called the leasing agent directly, gave him the address and before I could finish my sentence, he asked for my move in date. I stated October 1st but before I could tell him sooner if needed he canceled me out and told me that the house will be rented before then, can't help you with that date and hung up.
