Dave is professional and thorough. He caught things I never would have seen. He provided a write up (with pictures) that helped me communicate clearly with our builder about what needed to be repaired or completed. Dave offered friendly service, explained the needed repairs in terms I could understand, and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Elite Home Solutions for your next home inspection!
For home inspections, I highly recommend Dave Hicks, of Elite Home Solutions. Dave met me at the property for the inspection, and he carefully explained what would happen during the process. Fantastic! Dave Hicks was extremely thorough and up front with me. I’ve had home inspections in the past and they would never communicate with me the same day about areas of concern, they acted like it was a secret or that I was paying for the report not customer service. Excellent! The inspection was very thorough and well documented. The inspection report was easy to read with a summary of the findings and a detailed report with photos included. It was great to have the inspection report and walk through that with our builder during the initial walk through of the home. Highly recommend!!!
Dave Hicks was a great inspector and was very thorough. He went though everything with us in person as well as gave a great printed report to refer back to. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an inspection done
