My mother was a patient of theirs befriended one of their nurses and was trying to talk her into paying bills for her. Then got her to drive all the way to Houston and pick her up from a hospital she signed herself out of without the family knowing and take her home when she was supposed to be going to a facility to do physical therapy while at home she fell and broke her femur/hip!
