Chris was awesome! He came out on a holiday weekend to fix my A/C. If I had left him a message he would have come out yesterday, The Fourth of July. I thought about calling a different company, but they wanted $ 250 for a call out fee and a dispatch fee on top of that! I'm so happy I called Chris at Elite Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend this company!
The air conditioning only seems to crash when it is least convenient! The team at Elite HVAC was out the same day, within hours of my call for help. A few years ago, a friend of ours recommended Elite Heating and Cooling, and I am so glad we contacted them. Owner Chris Waddell continues to exceed our expectations. He not only replaced our coil, but made sure it was covered by the manufacturers warranty. The AC was here when we bought the house in 2014, and I would have never even thought it was still under warranty. But Chris did think about it, and it saved us hundreds of dollars.
