I have been coming to this clinic for almost two months now for a treatment. The staff has always been great! I like all the ladies there. The doctor is helpful and informative. The place is always clean. Great place. Good vibes, fast service.
Might want to check your front staff. I asked the front desk lady over the phone if you guys offered a specific procedure. At first she said what as if she didn't know what I was talking about, and I asked her if she would have to check with a doctor. She did not check. She just said oh no. I can promise she didn't even know what I was talking about she just decided to not check and say no.
Dr was cool, but was charged extra for some reason for a yearly exam which I’m eligible for twice a year. Was charged extra for another “scheduled visit” just to get the results for my blood work. Front desk told me my insurance was accepted and somehow still owe extra money on top of my co pay. Basically was charging an extra 320 bucks for a regular check up and had to paid to get my results. Elite Health is hands down one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. The staff is professional, fast, and genuinely cares about what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and I was seen quickly without feeling rushed. They actually listen and explain things clearly, which is rare. If you want quality care without the long waits and nonsense, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
The front desk staff was unable to answer my questions about the services they provide, which was disappointing. It seemed like she lacked the necessary training to assist customers effectively. The experience was unprofessional, especially since I was recommended by people from downriver. The assistance I received was far from satisfactory. 👎🏻
