one of the worst companies to work for. they do not provide adequate in home training, they take forever to find you clients to work with, upper management do not communicate with individual house managers. be guarded when deciding to work for this company.

Elite is truly like a family support system. The love you receive from family is equivalent to the love that you give. If you haven't felt that your experience has been a good one in this Healthcare company, then you will never have any good experiences in any other Healthcare system. Awesome place to work! Many many staff members are just a phone call or text away if a new staff needs help. Staff is trained to really focus on what the clients CAN do rather than what they cannot. Very caring and loving staff all around
