Got referred to them and they took care of me proper! Give them a call and ask for Jimmer. I don't usually like getting car repairs but this was the best I ever had!

Elite is wonderful! The staff is amazing and treat you like royalty. They take care of your deductible, car rental, and call your insurance for you to make your claim. The work is fantastic and done very timely! Kudos Elite! And thank you for the $25 Starbucks card!

Elite took care of everything including the rental and deductible. They were able to fix nearly all of the hail damage within a week, and they even fixed a scrape I had on my mirror and polished my headlights! The entire staff were a pleasure to deal with, Jimmer who tracked me down, Donna who helped me through the whole process, Robbie who worked on my car, and even Alison from the office who helped me get the paperwork to give to my bank.

I brought my car in for hail damage and when they were done it looked better than when I purchased it from the dealer. Very quick turnaround. The customer service is STELLAR! All staff, from the front desk to the owner went above and beyond to ensure we were informed, taken care of and happy. I highly recommend them and will refer and use them in the future.
