I dropped off my truck a week ago. I picked it up today. The dent removal they did was excellent! The installation of the replacement tonneau cover was top notch as well. I tried to find the dents that were there before & I couldn't. I highly recommend them.
I want to begin by saying that the people at Elite Hail International are stellar human beings. They are kind and understanding, and they genuinely seem to care about doing a good job. Elite Hail International is hands down the best place to get your vehicle’s dent removal or hail damage repaired. Dustin Fox is friendly, helpful, and straight-up! Dustin told me exactly what to expect and even helped deal with my insurance company for adjustments. Not only did he make the process easy and pleasant, my vehicle looks AMAZING! This was my first time at Elite and must admit that I did have some bit of hesitancy after an initial miscommunication. My concerns were more than allayed by my subsequent experience. I try to keep my vehicles in as clean and well detailed condition as possible, and though the hail damage I experienced was not major, it was present all over the vehicle.
