I am a first time home buyer therefore it was first time working with a home inspector. Greg was the utmost professional home inspector. He was able to find problems with the house that i was unable to, and i build custom homes for a living. Showed up early ready to work. Dave B came out to our home inspection and did a fantastic job of evaluating the property from top to bottom and everywhere throughout. He was detailed, knowledgeable and was able to explain several items to myself and the buying/selling agents in laymen terms. His report was timely, detailed, and very easy to read and understand.
