They did a great job on our roof and siding. Communication was great, and I felt comfortable letting them handle the process with our insurance. They were transparent, honest, and they did well communicating.
I had a great experience with Elite General Contracting. From the beginning, he was easy to work with, communicated well, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. The biggest thing that stood out was how he handled the insurance company. They tried to leave out items that should have been covered, but he stayed on top of it, documented everything, and made sure they paid for what was actually needed. I am glad that I chose EGC for my new roof. I had an issue with my old roof not getting any ventilation and Kory came up with a great solution for it on my new roof. Kory was great to work with and his crew did an excellent job! Very good communication throughout the entire process and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Elite General Contracting.
EGC has been a pleasure to work with! The new roof & gutters look GREAT! Excellent communication through the entire process. Everything was taken care of with no issues at all and in a very timely manner. The crews were professional and left the place looking better then they found it.
