Dear Elite Gate, I wish to complain about One of your Customer Agent that was very Rude. I am complaining because I was trying to ask your Agent if you have the item I was looking for, then she told me to send you an email, that's ok. But when I was looking for the pen and write down your email, she wasn't willing to wait for even 1 minus. Wonderful company! Hardworking professional staff!
If you can't wait several days for service, they charge you $165 trip charge and $90/half hour with a 1 hour minimum. This is for service on a Sentex apartment entry system. In my opinion, this is a TOTAL RIPOFF!!! This in on a system that I paid $2100 in September to install a completely new mother board and electronic latch system in September.
