Waited 2 weeks to write my review. I wanted to make sure that the problem is really solved. Ongoing problem for few months, 3 companies attempted to fix it, and only Elite did it. So call them, they are your guys.

I called the office and a technician - Nick - came to my home the next day. He called about 20 minutes before arriving and just before he came to my house. He came a few minutes early. Nick is really knowledgeable. I thought that I needed to replace an old wooden garage door, the motor and springs. The works. He inspected it thoroughly. Instead of a replacement he did a full garage door system maintenance and lubrication for a small fraction of the price. He is extremely personable, friendly, and reliable.
