I was seen by Dr. Brown for plantar fasciitis pain in both feet. From start to finish the experience was off. From the doctor eating a snack when he first greeted me, to someone joining the room mid-exam without any acknowledgment of who she was or why she was joining in, to being pressured into a decision on care without having time to discuss pros and cons, to being dismissed afterwards when my pain and symptoms magnified. I called to be seen by Dr Brown for a diabetic ulcer on my heel, and the lady at the reception desk offered me me an appointment 6 days out. I asked her if I can get in sooner or is she going to make me wait on something as important as a foot ulcer and real condescending and snarky she says “I suppose so”. If you know how dangerous a foot ulcer can be this is totally unacceptable. I love Dr Brown but his receptionist needs a serious attitude upgrade
I've been going to Elite Foot & Ankle for around 8 months now. I have been absolutely impressed with the care I have been receiving here. I was seeing another foot doctor who insisted I have surgery on my foot, and after visiting this office I was informed other options exist other than surgery. These other options have kept me from a 4 week recovery time. I am walking better and having less issues with my feet thanks to these options.
