Scheduling my first appointment was unfortunately a nightmare of rescheduling conflicts: It seems that part was mostly due to some unexpected shifting of staff availability at the time. But to add to the confusion, I found out this clinic does have a rotating schedule of each locations clinic hours, and which doctor is assigned there. Happy with the treatment. Staff in the office was pleasant. Pretty bummed about the aftermath though. A little sketchy with the billing. Make sure to get in writing what you'll be billed for and don't give them your insurance card if you're paying out of pocket. I paid out of pocket and they're also charging my insurance. I'm now getting a bill to pay towards my insurance deductable but have paid cash, in full for services. Many phone calls, emails, etc and no responses. Today I had an appointment with Dr Sheaffer His thoroughness and the time he took to address not only the issue that led me to make an appointment to see a podiatrist but another issue. He offered me suggestions to improve the problem. I am sorry that he is leaving the area as I would like to think of him as a go to when I have foot/ankle issues. Also I would like to ((((thank)))) Lisa for her assistance and the MA who did the intake before I saw Dr. Sheaffer
The information, assessment and suggestions regarding my toe issues with doctor was satisfactory. My main concern was the procedure and length for the intake form was annoying. Way more lengthy than necessary.
Wow. This podiatry clinic is from another world. Everyone here is amazing from the wonderful woman at reception, to Nathan, and Dr Haynes. Everyone is not only professional but down to earth and extremely helpful extremely skilled and they have nothing but your interest and health needs in mind. I'm from San Francisco and I have never encountered such a wonderful and experienced crew in podiatry. They are skillful and efficient and respond expeditiously and if you don't come here for your podiatric needs you're insane lol.
