Theresa was amazing! She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She helped us pick the best flooring for our situation. I highly recommend ! Excellent service
We had a great experience with elite. Theresa and Tom were great at communicating from when we walked in to ordering and install. They gave honest opinions about flooring we were looking at whether it would work for us having kids and pets in our common areas. The installers were very professional and kind. We will absolutely use elite again in the future.
