We had such a fun time doing aerial yoga! Great for first timers or those more experienced!
I've been training with Dawn for weeks now and I truly love the attention and work she puts into pushing me and motivating me! I have NEVER liked to work out or lift weights but am learning to love it!! I'm so happy I found her and Elite!!
I had such a wonderful time at my first aerial class! It provided such a great stretch and workout. I even was able to do some amazing looking tricks! I am looking forward to signing up for another class soon.
