Fabulous Studio. I've done Aerial Yoga a few time now. Gonna try Aerial Fit next. Dawn is patient with all of her students. It is a very nice, clean studio with a variety of fun yet challenging classes. Dawn knows her sports. If you can't get into a pose she is very good at helping you get into it. I love this place. Give it a shot!

I've been wanting to try aerial yoga for years, but didn't feel like driving into Chicago or Naperville to do it. A huge thanks to Dawn for bringing it here to Shorewood!! Dawn is a great teacher and it's so much fun!!
