Fitness club signed a contract then filed a report of trespassing causing me to go to jail.
Mychael is an excellent trainer. I have been working with him for about 10 months. I am not the "usual" sports fanatic. I am in my 50's and overweight with a lot of mobility issues and dysfunctions. I am facing a knee replacement. My surgeon will not operate until I have lost 40 pounds. (and I only started pushing this weight loss about 6 months ago.)
