I’ve filed a formal dispute against Elite Facials in West Hollywood and will be pursuing legal action if I don’t get my money back. That’s how bad this place is. Their advertising is flat-out misleading and designed to scam people into spending money on services that don’t deliver. That’s how bad this business is. I will also be filing complaints with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and the FTC for false advertising if they don’t make this right. First the business is not really a business. I don’t think it’s a little room in the back of a hair salon. Second, the parking is absolutely horrible. And third it says 50 minutes. It was barely 30 minutes, I guess I should’ve said something, but what am I gonna say? Deal is too good to be true what she did I liked, but it seemed all way too quick whenever I’ve had this done before. It was a good 45 minutes to an hour. I would find someplace else if you want a really good Hydro facial
My wife had an amazing experience at elite facials , thanks to Odetta! She was incredibly nice and made her feel so comfortable throughout her visit. Her professionalism was outstanding, and she ensured that she was well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Odetta for anyone looking for a fantastic experience and a great facial !
