Could not have been treated better, AAA+++
So they send me a prescription for contacts that says it expires June 2022 so I place an online order and the tell the company the prescription actually expires in June 2021. Why would you send me a prescription you won't validate? Ridiculous. They also have an extremely limited selection of eye glasses as well.
Terrible customer service. I have been coming to this location for 5 years and the doctors are great but the reception you get is awful. Particularly one lady working at the reception is always mad and rude. Every single time I had an appointment she is rude if you ask a simple question. Last time I was 15 min late she berated me as if I was a child, even though I called before coming and was told by another receptionist to go ahead and come in. I'm sorry that you felt inconvenienced by the drive to our office, but we would like to make a few things clear. We ask that all patients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointments and are particularly strict on this rule during the global health crisis. When you spoke to our optician on call, you mentioned that you would arrive in a "few" minutes which you would have arrived right at your appointment time. RecommendedVery happy with my new glasses, both regular and sunglasses! Staff was wonderful! Friendly and professional and very patient with me while I chose my frames. Staff also made sure everything was sanitized. I received both pair of glasses in one week. I definitely recommend them to others and will go back again.

They are the nicest people. All my questions always get answered. They are honest about what looks good. They are not trying to upsell when I am choosing my glasses. Definitely a great place to go for your eyes!

I purchased glasses from this store and they broke within 8 months still under warranty got them repaired picked them up drove no more then 10 minutes away found out there was two chips on one of the lenses I went back and showed the receptionist and she said “it’s impossible for her to chip the lens and said we will not replace or repair the lens it’s not our fault”.
