This hot mess ruined a contact and lost her glasses in one day. I called and was able to be seen the same day! They helped get contacts delivered to my door and I could go away that night seeing my niece's hockey game. Recommend 100%!
Our family tracked down Dr. Keller when she left Dickinson a few years ago to open her own practice. We have been so pleased with our care that the drive is worth it! My son has a difficult prescription and for years he struggled with glasses that did not seem “right”. Dr. Keller’s prescriptions have been the only glasses my son has not complained about. While vacationing in Bismarck (from Arizona), I had some vision issues needing to be worked out so I made an appointment with Elite Eye Care; I received the best service and care! They prescheduled my appointment for next year and I'm definitely going to make it a priority to be back in ND to receive my annual eye check!
Truly blown away by the care of all the employees here. When they recognized my husband from our son passing away, they blew us away by covering the cost of his glasses to help us during this difficult time. When his glasses came in and they weren’t happy with how the sunglasses attached they sent them back and made sure to get something that would work. They went above and beyond what was ever expected. We have definitely found our eye care home!
