I am very please with Elite Eye care and there Services. Dr, Perry is one of the most genuine eye doctors you will never MEET. Every time I go to there office they make me feel Very Welcome. God bless the team and there families.
I don’t usually post negative reviews, but this was the worst experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office. They didn’t order my trial contacts until I called them 2 weeks after my initial visit. When I told them I wanted to order contacts after my trials, they lost my prescription and asked me for it. I gave it to them and they still ordered the wrong prescription. It was a long process and not a great first contacts experience.
We love Dr. Perry! My son was born with a cleft lip and cleft palate. Because of his ongoing medical issues involving allergies and scar tissue, Dr. Perry has been imperative in his care. My other son has issues with ADHD and dyslexia. Dr. Perry conducted testing which resulted in school accommodations. I'm very thankful for Dr. Perry and her staff!
we have always had a great experience with Elite Eye and Dr. Perry! I hate that they are no longer participating in Medicaid and we now have to move the kids to a new doc.
They are the best at what they do! Customer service and eye care are the best I have ever experienced! Dr. Perry is amazing and truly cares for her patients! Always going above and beyond! Love them!!!
Super sweet staff and very professional overall. The doctor is great and my prescription contacts are THE MOST accurate I have ever received, and I’ve been to ALOT of eye doctors over the years. This is the best experience I have ever had. The contacts prescribed to me are so comfortable, that I forget I have them in! She listened to my needs, which was a major plus. Very cozy doctors office, as well. They have very nice high-end, great quality glasses that I cannot wait to purchase!!
Great Staff yes 1st year got a test free that was not under insurance through medicare advantage ....... this year only the diabetes test was covered and had to pay for the test this year ........ and sorry to say some of the pricing is up there. That is reason for 4 stars but The quality of care is why 4 stars........ So all is not the worse ......... In the end it's not their fault that Medicare or Medicare Advantage Plans seem not to care about eye care........
Dr. Perry and her staff are amazing! My 4 year old has Autism and Dr. Perry is so sweet and patient with him!
