Awful I got charged $700.00 for one hour and no help for my 14 year old mental health problem. It was virtual by the way.

I recently became a new patient at elite dna in Venice Florida…. I would like to first and foremost begin by saying what an amazing staff was in this office how sweet and welcoming everybody was and I saw Lynn McVay. I will have to say I wouldn’t want to have seen anybody else. She made the process so comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed her so very much and I could not recommend her more. My Therapist Tiffany P Is awesome. She was a perfect fit for me and my situation. Dr. Punches was awesome too. I felt i was finally making progress after a year. During that time i missed 2 appts. Both were unavoidable due to vehicle breakdown and traffic on I-75 as usual. Thats when you find out management is the ones who need the help. They charged me $40 when my co pay is only $10, and the fact that my Absence was unavoidable didnt matter to the corporate assholes.
