Update to my previous review. I am writing this with deep disappointment and sadness. This experience has been incredibly upsetting, especially because I truly valued my provider, Lynn, who always made me feel heard, safe, and cared for. My appointment on January 13 was scheduled for 4:20 PM. I arrived approximately 10 minutes late, checked in with the front desk, and waited in the office for about 25 minutes to see if I could still be seen. I love this place! The staff is very sweet and welcoming. Lynn Vinay is an incredible clinician and I would recommend her to everyone. She is very caring and always takes her time to explain everything thoroughly and create a plan that is right for me.
Honestly, I don’t know what to say about this place. The office is terrible. I’ll start with this. I called the day of my appointment A few months back to let the office know that I couldn’t make it as my grandma was being rushed into the hospital with an emergency and I couldn’t make the appointment. They offered me a virtual appointment, which I accepted.
